If you are an MBA graduate or hold a Master's degree in finance, management, business, commerce, accounting, or a related field, or if you have a Bachelor's degree in one of these areas along with being a semi-qualified accountant or financial analyst, the ICFMA may be able to assist you. To proceed, you will need to complete a teaching-learning session in accordance with the institute's guidelines.

Certified Financial Analysts (CFA), Australia
  • Level 1: Advanced Certification in Applied Finance
  • Level 2: Executive Certification in Applied Finance
  • Level 3: Certified Financial Analysts (CFA, Australia)
Entry Requirement for CFA, Australia
  • Level 1: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounts or Commerce or Business and equivalent.
  • Level 2: Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounts or Commerce or Business and equivalent along with at least a year of experience in related field.
  • Level 3: Successfully completion of Level 1 and Level 2 CFA examination or
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounts or Commerce or Business and equivalent along with at least three years of experience in related field.
  • Master Degree in Finance or Accounts or Commerce or Business and equivalent.
  • Bachelor Degree with Semi Qualified Accountants CA/CPA/ACCA/CPA/CFA/CPFA/CGA of any professional accounting institute

Further exemptions may be granted to the qualified and experience finance and account professional in case to case basis subject to approval of examination and membership council.

Certified Management Analysts (CMA) Australia
  • Level 1: Advanced Certification in Strategic Management
  • Level 2: Executive Certification in Strategic Management
  • Level 3: Certified Management Analysts (CMA, Australia)
Entry Requirement for CMA, Australia
  • Level 1: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Level 2: Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least a year of experience in related field.
  • Level 3: Successfully completion of Level 1 and Level 2 CMA examination or
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline along with at least three years of experience in related field.
  • Master Degree in any discipline.
